With over 20 years in banking, Andre is currently a Global Diversity & Inclusion Strategy and Governance Sr. Manager, responsible for working directly with executive leadership as a strategic consultative partner to develop, maintain, and expand TD Bank Group's D & I strategy and deliverables. Since joining TD Bank in 2008, Andre has held various roles within Retail Banking and Global Anti- Money Laundering. He sits on the board for the Boys & Girls Club of Broward County and is a member of the Equality Florida Advisory board. He's a graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and holds a Diversity & Inclusion for H.R. certificate. He resides in South Florida with his partner Michael, daughter Samiya and puppy Chloe. Andre's a "yogi" and loves to travel the world in his spare time.
