Though they have their straight-up burger, "The Monka," which features applewood-smoked bacon, American cheese and Monka Sauce (a blend of mayo, dill pickle and a touch of barbecue sauce), they also have some out-of-the-box burger creations as well. (Monka is the nickname of the owners' oldest son.)
There's the Sweet Baby Cheesus, which is a double burger sandwiched between two grilled cheese sandwiches, The Mac Daddy, also a double burger, but featuring applewood-smoked bacon and Monka's signature mac and cheese, the FBLT,which is a double burger piled high with buttermilk fried bacon, lettuce and tomato, and the Meat-eor, a burger born in a carnivorous dream featuring applewood-smoked bacon, pulled pork, onion rings, cheddar-jack cheese and barbecue sauce.
