The Compass Youth Program
For more than 25 years, Compass has provided a safe space for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer/questioning (LGBTQ) youth in Palm Beach County. At Compass, LGBTQ youth and their allies engage in social support, community service, arts & cultural activities, educational, and leadership opportunities.
We strive to ensure all youth in Palm Beach County are safe from discrimination and harassment, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, and/or gender expression. More than 1,000 youth and their families have accessed services through our Youth program since its inception, making it one of the longest running and largest LGBTQ youth programs in the southeast United States.
The Drop In Center

Drop in hours: Monday - Friday 3pm to 7pm
Youth Group: Wednesday 5pm to 7pm
Transgender Youth Group: Fridays 5pm to 7pm

Q Chat
Can’t get to Compass in person? Join conversations on Q Chat Space
Like Compass’ youth groups, Q Chat Space online discussion groups give you a dedicated space to meet other youth and discuss topics relevant to your identities and experiences - it’s just online! It is not a forum. It is live and chat-based; there is no video or audio. Everyone is chatting during the same pre-scheduled time. Facilitators are people who work at LGBTQ centers across the US.
Go to www.qchatspace.org to check it out and see topics and times.
